Who we invite
I invite advisors who sit with employers on real decisions:
- Fractional CFOs
- CPAs
- Fractional COOs and ops leaders
- Fractional CHROs and HR advisors
- Payroll, workers’ comp, recruiting, and peer seats when the decision calls for them
Guests carry the substance. I host. If your work helps an owner see a decision more clearly, you may be a fit.
This page is for people who want to appear. It is not an open pitch for intros or referrals.
Subscribe before you appear
If you have not already, subscribe to the Listen-in letter. Guests should know the shape of the room before they sit in it.
Then email. Prefer the letter first; it keeps expectations aligned.
Consent and how you show up
Before we publish anything with your name or voice:
- You consent to the recording and to how we use clips or quotes
- Quotes are OK when they stay faithful to what you said
- You can appear under your handle or anonymously when the story needs it; we agree that up front
- Nothing goes live without a clear yes from you on identity and framing
If something feels off in review, say so. We fix it before it ships.
Public interview vs private Meeting 2
Public interview: The published conversation employers can listen into. That is Employer Advisory Board.
Private Meeting 2: A separate, offline conversation when we need it. It is not an automatic podcast. Appearing on the board does not mean a second meeting gets recorded or published.
We will say which format we are in before we start.
Prep (~1 week out)
About a week before the interview, you will get:
- The employer decision or question we are working
- Who else (if anyone) is in the frame
- Timing, length (~25–35 min), and where it may publish (Substack / YouTube when video exists)
- Consent notes and how you want to be named
Come ready to think out loud. You do not need a slide deck. You need a real seat on the decision.
