What it is

Employer Advisory Board is a place to listen in on the conversations employer advisors actually have.

I host. Guests carry the substance. Finance, HR, ops, and other seats sit around one employer decision, and you get to hear how they think it through.

A useful interview helps an owner understand a decision more clearly. That is the editorial purpose. Insight from the room, not a product tour.

More on what advisors talk about.

Who it’s for

Employers who are investing in people and growth, and want clearer signal before they move.

Advisors who want a seat: fractional CFOs, CPAs, ops, payroll, workers’ comp, recruiters, HR, peers, and others who help employers make real decisions.

If that is you, here’s how to listen in. Guests: see Appear on Employer Advisory Board.

How it works

Every week I send a Listen-in letter. Short. Read-aloud friendly. Built so you can follow the decision without sitting through the whole recording.

When the pipeline allows, I publish one or two interviews a week. Most run about 25–35 minutes. Guests work a real employer question; I keep the room moving.

Subscribe first. Watch or listen when video exists. That is the loop.

Recent / upcoming

Recent: Issue 1 sets the listen-in frame. What this board is for, and how to follow along.

Upcoming seats (not published episodes yet):

  • John Claborn (ops / Frontier Business Design), late Sep (Mon Sep 21)
  • Kurtis Carman (fractional CFO / Resilient CFO), early Oct (Tue Oct 6)

Topics land with the published interview. Until then, these are seats on the calendar.
