The marketing system has been running for about a month. Here are the real numbers.
What’s running
- 12 AI agents on daily cron schedules
- 341 prospects at outreach-ready stage
- 66 contacted
- 3 engaged
- 15 active email sequences
- 153 total emails sent
- Warm-up at day 16, sending 30/day
- 5 websites deployed
- Social engine posting 3-4x daily to X and LinkedIn
- Content agents generating blog drafts across 3 sites
- Health checks running every 6 hours
What it’s produced
$0.
Zero revenue from the marketing tools. No deals closed through the pipeline. No client came from an agent-composed email or an agent-generated blog post or an agent-posted tweet.
Why I’m posting this
Because most people building in public only post the wins. The revenue screenshots. The MRR graphs. The “just crossed $10k” tweets.
I’m at zero. And I’m posting it because that’s what this actually looks like in the beginning. The pipeline exists. The infrastructure works. The agents run. But converting pipeline activity into paying clients takes time, iteration, and a lot of emails that don’t get replies.
What is working
The ops side is real. 22 active WIMPER enrollments. Clients using the servicing platform I built. Revenue flowing from the business that existed before the marketing system.
My Medicare practice is real. 8 states licensed. Paying the bills while the bigger bets play out.
The marketing system is the bet. It’s pre-revenue because it’s pre-traction. The hypothesis is that an AI-powered marketing operation can generate enough qualified prospects to make the WIMPER program grow faster than manual outreach alone. That hypothesis hasn’t been proven yet.
What I’m watching
Reply rates. That’s the metric that matters most right now. Not opens, not clicks. Replies. A reply means someone engaged. Everything else is vanity.
The warm-up is at day 16 of 22. Daily sending capacity is still ramping (30/day now, 50/day target). The real test starts when the system hits full volume and the sequences have had time to run their full 5-touch cycles.
The honest timeline
I built the system in under a month. That’s the part people focus on. The part they don’t see is that marketing systems take months to produce results even when they’re wired up correctly. The AI accelerated the build. It didn’t accelerate market response times.
Prospects still take days to open emails. Weeks to reply. Months to convert. No amount of autonomous agents changes that.
