Founding audit

Automation Leak Audit

A $500 founding audit for founders and operators who have AI, automations, content workflows, CRMs, or follow-up systems running but do not fully trust what is happening.

Request a founding audit

You probably do not need another AI tool yet.

You may need someone to look at the automations, AI workflows, content queues, CRMs, forms, dashboards, and follow-up systems you already have and tell you what is leaking.

That is what this audit is for.

Who this is for

This is for founders and operators who already have some version of this running:

  • A CRM or lead pipeline
  • Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, or custom scripts
  • AI-generated drafts, summaries, agents, or content workflows
  • VAs or team members maintaining automations nobody fully understands
  • Lead forms, email follow-up, scheduling, content review, or reporting systems
  • A dashboard that shows some numbers but does not answer what to do next

The common feeling is simple:

Stuff is happening, but I do not fully trust it.

The leaks I look for

I am looking for the places where automation creates hidden risk instead of leverage.

Common leaks:

  • Leads arrive, but nobody can prove they were followed up with
  • AI drafts pile up, but approval and publishing are inconsistent
  • Automations fail silently
  • Notifications go to the wrong person or nowhere
  • Nobody knows which workflow owns the next step
  • A tool spends money or publishes output without a clean approval trail
  • Metrics exist, but they do not connect to revenue or decisions
  • The founder is still the human glue holding the system together

What you get

The founding audit is a focused diagnostic, not a giant consulting project.

You get:

  1. A plain-English map of the workflow
  2. The top 10 leak points ranked by business impact
  3. The highest-value quick fixes
  4. A risk view across visibility, follow-up, publishing, spend, and approval
  5. A recommended 7-day cleanup plan
  6. A clear answer on whether a deeper Control Layer Sprint is worth it

What I need from you

Usually one or more of these:

  • A short walkthrough call
  • Screenshots or exports from the tools involved
  • A list of the automations you rely on
  • The thing you are worried is slipping
  • Any recent example where the system missed, delayed, duplicated, or confused work

You do not need a perfect process map. That is part of the audit.

Founding price

$500 for the first 5 audits.

The price is intentionally low because this is the first public version of the offer. The work is real. The positioning is being sharpened through live operators with live systems.

If the audit shows a clear enough problem, I may recommend a separate Control Layer Sprint. That is not automatic. The audit should stand on its own.

What this is not

This is not:

  • A promise to automate your whole business
  • A magic AI agent package
  • A guaranteed revenue system
  • A replacement for your CRM, team, or judgment
  • A generic dashboard install

It is a practical review of where your current system is losing visibility, trust, time, money, or control.

Why me

I built a real autonomous business system around my own work: prospect research, email drafting, content queues, social posting, approval gates, scheduling, dashboards, ledgers, and system health checks.

The hard lesson was not that agents can do work. They can.

The hard lesson was that once work starts happening automatically, the real problem becomes visibility and control.

What ran? What failed? What published? What spent money? What needs approval? What got stuck? What did the system learn? What should happen next?

That is the lens I bring to this audit.

How the process works

  1. We confirm the workflow is a fit.
  2. You complete a short intake and share safe, redacted evidence.
  3. I map the workflow and identify the leak points.
  4. You get the audit: workflow map, top leaks, quick wins, risk view, and 7-day cleanup plan.
  5. If the audit exposes a fix worth doing, we can separately scope a Control Layer Sprint.

Request a founding audit

If we agree it is a fit, I will send the audit intake.

If you are not sure whether this fits, send the messy version. The mess is usually the point.
