Use this page after we agree the audit is a fit.

The goal is not to make you document everything perfectly. The goal is to give me enough signal to map the workflow, find the leaks, and rank what to fix first.

What to answer

  1. What workflow do you want reviewed?
  2. What tools are involved?
  3. What triggers the workflow?
  4. What is supposed to happen next?
  5. Who owns the next action when something enters the workflow?
  6. What feels useful but untrusted?
  7. What is the most recent example of something slipping, duplicating, delaying, or confusing the team?
  8. What happens if this workflow misses something?
  9. If we fixed one thing in 7 days, what would be most valuable?
  10. At the end of the audit, what would make you say this was worth it?

What you can share

Useful evidence:

  • Screenshots with private data redacted
  • Loom or walkthrough video
  • Tool list
  • Automation step screenshots
  • Field names or schema
  • Anonymized sample records
  • Existing reports or dashboards
  • Current SOP/checklist if one exists

What not to send

Do not send:

  • Passwords
  • Full inbox access
  • Raw client records
  • Unredacted client, patient, policy, legal, financial, or account identifiers
  • Anything your team would not want copied into an audit file

Start with safe evidence. If deeper access is needed later, we will scope that separately.
